No, EO Products is committed to cruelty-free beauty. We never test our formulas or ingredients on animals, and we are proud to be Leaping Bunny certified.
What is your return policy for skincare items?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange, provided it is at least 50% full.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you use synthetic fragrances in your products?
Never. We exclusively use pure essential oils and plant-derived extracts to scent our products, ensuring a natural and therapeutic experience without harsh chemicals.
Are your containers recyclable?
Yes, sustainability is a core value. Most of our packaging is made from PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) plastic and is fully recyclable. Please check the bottom of the bottle for specific recycling symbols.
Do you offer international shipping?
